According to OU’s Vice President of DEI, OU President Joseph Harroz “has literally staked his career on making sure that we (DEI and himself) get this right.” <\/p>\n

Divisions of Ideological Enforcement (DEI) exist to cleanse institutions of dissenting viewpioints via identity-based viewpoint discrimination. DEI accomplishes this by weaponizing peer-pressure through instituional social mandates to force any individual within the division’s ‘sphere of influence’ to accept and promote the Marxist derived CRT view of Equity (power & wealth redistribution), and to remove those who refuse to capitulate. <\/p>\n

If Dr. Hippolite is right, and Joseph Harroz \u201chas literally staked his career on supporting and implementing the Neo-Marxist, identity-based viewpoint discrimination required by OU\u2019s Division of Ideological Enforcement, it is time to hold him accountable for it – because he didn\u2019t get it right. In fact, if discrimination is still illegal and immoral, he has gotten it very, very wrong.<\/p>\n

1. We call on the Board of Regents to remove Joseph Harroz as President of OU, effective immediately.
\n2. Defund and Remove DEI. Completely.<\/p>\n

Doing this would not only immediately halt and remove the action arm of the Woke Crusade at OU, but would send an unmistakable message to woke college administrations all over the country:\u00a0

Dear President Harroz,<\/p>\n

Considering your administration\u2019s unprecedented investment and commitment to CRT derived DEI\/Antiracism\/Social Justice, on behalf of your student, faculty, and alumni shareholders, I respectfully request that you publicly answer the following questions:<\/p>\n

Is OU a Racist institution? If so, what makes OU Racist?<\/p>\n

If OU is not a Racist institution, what necessitates the massive investment in DEI and the implementation of DEI\/antiracist\/Social Justice policies at OU?<\/p>\n

Does OU currently have any active Racist policies being enforced on campus today? If so, what are they and how do you plan on addressing them?<\/p>\n

If masking and other covid policies have a disproportionally negative outcome for \u201chistorically marginalized\u201d identity groups, are those policies in conflict with DEI ideology and with OU\u2019s commitment and pursuit of \u201cSocial Justice\u201d based Equity?<\/p>\n

What is\/are the basic mechanism(s) for creating Equity at OU?<\/p>\n

Can Equity ever be achieved at OU or any other institution? If so, what is the metric\/rubric for determining whether Equity has been achieved at OU?<\/p>\n

What factors are considered when diagnosing inequity at OU and what is the process for determining if those factors are present?<\/p>\n

Should merit and equal opportunity for each individual ever supersede the overall systemic goal of creating Equity at OU? If so, in what instances?<\/p>\n

Do President Joseph Harroz and the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, subscribe to \u201cAnti-Racist\u201d ideology regarding public policy as defined by Ibram X. Kendi in his book, \u201cHow To Be An Antiracist?\u201d If so, what mechanisms are used by DEI to enforce antiRacist policies at OU?<\/p>\n

Is it necessary to discriminate against individuals who belong to \u201chistorically oppressive identity groups\u201d at OU to attain identity group based Equity at OU?<\/p>\n

f there is ever a conflict between Academic Freedom at OU and the stated goal of creating equity, who will determine which concept will take precedence, and what methodology\/rubric is used to make that determination?<\/p>\n

If a person denies their unconscious bias or racism, is that denial acceptable prima facie evidence of the existence of that person\u2019s unconscious bias or racism?<\/p>\n

If a student or faculty member happens to be a member of an \u201chistorically oppressive identity group\u201d and feels as though they have suffered discrimination at OU as a result of DEI policies that stereotype them based upon their race or gender, will that \u201chistorically oppressive\u201d individual\u2019s lived experience be considered equally valid (compared to an individual who belongs to an \u201chistorically marginalized group\u201d) by OU Title IX Office\/DEI Office?<\/p>\n

If so, how can OU create and ensure Equity between every identity group, while maintaining equal opportunity for every individual on campus?<\/p>\n

If there is a conflict between creating and maintaining Equity between disparate identity groups and creating and maintaining Equal Opportunity for every individual regardless of identity group, what divisions, offices, and individuals will determine which mandate will take precedence?<\/p>\n

Will identity group based equity (in terms of representation percentages as defined by Kendi) also be consistently applied to sports and sports recruiting at OU? If so, how and when will this process begin?<\/p>\n

In what ways do the Equity Officer\u2019s and the Equal Opportunity Officers interact and if there is a conflict between these officers, what entity at OU is charged with mediating and resolving this conflict?<\/p>\n

Is a pursuit of \u201cSocial Justice\u201d that requires discrimination against individuals via institutional policy, a violation of federal and state law? Why or why not?<\/p>\n

When hiring faculty, staff, and other positions at OU, what input does DEI have in the questions asked to potential candidates?<\/p>\n
