Tennesseans for Joining the Texas Lawsuit Against PA, GA, MI, WI

We, the undersigned eligible voters of the State of Tennessee, are imploring Tennessee Attorney General, Herbert H Slatery III, to JOIN Texas in its federal election lawsuit against the States of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. While we commend Attorney General Slatery’s decision to join the State of Missouri’s Amicus Brief, on 12/09/20, in support of Texas’ election lawsuit, we are asking that further action be taken to JOIN the Texas suit in defense of the citizens of Tennessee and the Union that is The United States of America.
We support Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton’s statement, “Trust in the integrity of our election processes is sacrosanct and binds our citizenry and the States in this Union together. Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin destroyed that trust and compromised the security and integrity of the 2020 election. The states violated statutes enacted by their duly elected legislatures, thereby violating the Constitution. By ignoring both state and federal law, the states have not only tainted the integrity of their own citizens vote, but of Texas and every other state that held lawful elections. Their failure to abide by the rule of law cast a dark shadow of doubt over the outcome of the entire election. We now ask that the Supreme Court step in to correct this egregious error”. In support of this statement, we have signed this petition urging the Tennessee Attorney General to JOIN Texas in this fight.
